Hi guys,

I've been using these boards for almost a year now, we went to Orlando in September/October so I was concentrating on those boards but I've just found out we've got the chance to go to DLP in March and now I've got a whole new trip to plan!

I would like to stay onsite for the night we are there - can anyone recommend the best place to book the hotels?

Thanks :)

Craig

Hi Craig, welcome to the DLP boards... I always find the best place to book the hotel(and tickets) is direct with disney, as some other places dont include the tickets. Where do you plan on staying?

Best place to book them (in my opinion) is direct with Disney. Either by internet at Disney or by phone on 084480082222

Thanks guys :)

I've always wanted to stay in the Disneyland Paris hotel but that might be a bit out of our price range so maybe New York or Newport Bay Club?

Any recommendations?

I've not stayed at NPBC before but we stayed at the HNY on the last trip and it was fab.... I would def stay there again. Its smaller then NPBC, so not as busy at breakfest etc. I think the service is likely to be abit better as well as the HNY is also a business hotel....

Oh and when are you going to carry on with your TR??:rolleyes1

:goodvibes Thats good to hear...I'm really enjoying it, you and Em look like you had a wonderful time.I'm still surprised you kept is secret for so long.

I'm still surprised I managed to keep it a secret for so long too!!!

I just checked out some prices and on Thursday 12th March the HNY is £312 :scared1:

Sounds like a lot of £££ to me.

Do the prices get better nearer the time? Please tell me they do....

It does seem like a lot although with TC it's £353 per person (although that includes ferry crossing)

You can sometimes get a cheap deal if you leave it late (as in two to three weeks before hand) although you then run the risk of not having any rooms at the hotel you want.

Hummm it is isnt it! I'm not sure..when I've looked they seem to stay the same, in fact i think the earlier you book the better as they normally have a early booking discount.

How about a different hotel? the SL is lovely.. my fav or Cheyenne is nice a little further to walk but thats never worried us.

Sequoia Lodge is lovely and quite a bit cheaper than HNY. :)

Only a minute or two's extra walk also.

One night stay's don't often work out very good deals. It's really only once you can get the 'one ngiht free' offer and stuff that the 4* hotels start being a bit more worth the money, IMO.
