Please tell me about the cruises you have taken out of newyork.
We are thinking about taking a 7 night in october on the magic. Wondering if the seas are rough going from ny to bahamas? Last time we took the magic out of port canaveral we thought the ship rocked a bit more than the fantasy. Really dont want to get sea sick.
Any reviews would be helpful

I went on the cruise from NY last year, there were some people who got sick the first day and a half and some didn't I didn't feel the rocking motion, there were five of us and 2 felt it rocking and 3 didn't . It was a great cruise, and If you are worried about the motion and rough sea's book a cabin mid ship. A few years ago I was on a 12 night Med Cruise the last sea day was horrible with rough seas I had a cabin mid ship so I stayed there and I was fine but if I went Fwd or AFt I was sick. You can't predict the weather so go with your mind open there may be a day of rough seas but we had so much fun on the cruise I would do it again.
