New Years Trip Reservation Thoughts

I am taking my GF for her first trip to Disney (hard to believe but there are some of those who still do exist). The best part of this is that she does not know and will not know until Christmas that we will be going. We will be there Dec 30 - Jan 3.

Please review my ADRs and let me know what you think. Any advice would be appreciated.

Dec 31: Hollywood and Vine with Fantasmic Package
Jan 1: Coral Reef
Jan 2: California Grill
