Mine are:
1.) Cut down on sugar & eat sensibly
2.) Declutter. I have started & it feels great to get rid of things we don't use. Lots to donate!
3.) Exercise 2-3 Xs per week (trying to get the Wii Fit). And generally move more! I've been parking farther away from where I need to go. Little things like that.
How about you?
