New Years Eve

We are getting in on New Years Eve. Any ideas of what to do (not in Parks)
We were thinking of going hotel hopping and seeing wishes from poly.

I wrote about this on another thread and was told that on NYE (and July 4th) onlu Poly guests are allowed to view wishes from the Poly beach. We will be staying at POP that night and was hoping to do the same thing.

I emailed Disney about it and they were unable to give me an answer but told me to check with POP guest services on Dec 31.

hopefully someone else will eb able to offer some more info.

We were planning on doing the same them. We have dinner reservations around 9:20 at the Kona Cafe. We hoped to then watch the fireworks from the Poly beach. We'll be disappointed if that isn't possible. Also, we are staying at the Wilderness Lodge. What is the best transportation on NYE from there to the Polynesian? I know the boat goes from WL to the MK, and also a boat goes from WL to the Contemporary. Will using these boats and then the monorail be feasible that night?

I just made an ADR at the Kona cafe. The only time they had left was for 5 pm.
By having this ADR, will I be allowed to stay after and watch the fireworks/EWP????
The dining cm said it would be fine.

I just hope that I can get a bus from the POP to the MK (to get a boat/monorail) over to the Poly that night. Dining cm should be fine and said I should confirm with POP guest services that afternoon.
