If New Years Eve (or any holiday for that matter) falls on a weekday (S-TH), are the points higher?

NO the points go accoring to the charts that are released each year. The points are higher overall because NYE falls during premier season but they don't change if the holiday is on a Weekday as opposed to a weekend
