We really want to visit EPCOT New Year's Eve, and be in the Rose and Crown for 7pm for UK New Year, but I'm still undecided on whether to do it or not so thought I would pick the brains of people who've done it, or who are thinking of doing it as I keep changing my mind every second!
We are Mum, Dad, DD age 15 and DS age 12 so the children are a decent age so hopefully would be OK. The plan if we do it is this:
Staying at the Dolphin so intend to get the boat or walk, what time do you think we need to arrive at EPCOT in order to get fastpasses for at least one ride, either Soarin' or Test Track?
I intend to book an early Lunch at Le Cellier, and then book Rose & Crown for 5.45, which assuming we will have a bit of a wait, will have us in the restaurant for the 7pm UK New Year. Do you think this ADR time is OK?
We may leave after Illuminations at 7.30, if we feel we have had enough, and go back to the Boardwalk - does anyone know if anything is going on there New Years Eve?
I'm finding it really hard to decide whether to do this or not. On the one hand, not looking forward to the crowds, but on the other, it seems a shame to be in WDW on New Year's Eve and not do it, I think I would regret it if we didn't go!
As you can tell my head is spinning
, and I have to book the ADRs in a few days so really need some advice, opinions, tips on this so I can make a decision once and for all!
Thanks
