New Years Eve Dinner Reservations

How does anyone go about booking a table at say Walts or Lucky Nugget without having to pay the premium price for NYE?

Was wondering if I asked for a table at 5.30pm if this would count before the premium price came in.

Have just spent 20 mins on the phone trying to find out what time was the latest I could get but they didn't understand my query!!

Please Help *** if I don't book it soon I won't be eating anywhere!!!

AFAIK they close the "premium restaurants" after lunch for some hours to decorate for the "premium New Years Eve Dinners". So there is no way to get an early table and hope that you can stay in the restaurant.
And I am 100% sure that they have two seatings on New Years Eve in each of the so called premium restaurants. And if you have the first seating you have to leave the restaurant at a special time. You can only stay in the restaurant until the park closes if you have booked the second (and more expensive) seating.

Okay thanks for that, my best bet is to try and get a late lunch at say Walts for around 2pm and fill up then?

We did the same at New Years Eve 2003. We had a late lunch at Walt's (they had a special Christmas card back in 2003 an our Menu was great!) and then a snack in the evening.
