New Year's Eve dinner for family. Suggestions?

Y'know, the "usual" holidays - Christmas, Thanksgiving - are easy to plan meals for. But where would you take a family of four (two adults, two teens) for New Year's Eve? Honestly, I'm drawing a big blank on this one. We're game for anything, but something "celebratory" seems appropriate. Thanks!

Last New Year's Eve we had a lovely evening by having dinner at the Concourse Steakhouse, then riding around on the Monorail to visit the resorts, ending up on the beach at the Poly to view the fireworks. It was such a good plan that we're doing it again this year, only with dinner at O'Hana's this time. Avoids the crowds in the parks, yet makes for a special evening with a great view of the fireworks. I just hope it's warmer this year. I just about froze!

We are staying at the CR and also wanted to avoid the crowds. We'll be dining at Chef Mickey's and then watching the fireworks from our balcony

We will be having our NYE dinner at the Teppanyaki Steak House in Japan at Epcot. It's a really fun meal since they make the food in front of you. The downside is that they seat stangers with you, but I like meeting new people over dinner.

We have a 7:40 ps for 'ohana as well. I have read a lot of good things about it from this board. I am going to request a window table so we can see the early fireworks at 8:30pm and then watch the water parade from the beach at 9:00. I just hope my timing all works out! I am also hoping for some warmer weather. It was freezing last year!!

We're planning on HoopdeDoo. We were tempted to try Epcot but didn't want to have to spend the day there.

We will be eating at LeCellier on NYE.
