After being throughly fed up and bored over Christmas and New Year and after husband said that in October he was never going to DLP again as he has been 4 times, after we came back he came up with the idea of going and celebrating New Years Eve there :woohoo:.

There will only be 4 of us this time as our eldest does not want to come so Elliott (6yrs) decided he wanted to stay at the Cowboy hotel, so we have decided to go from the 29th December to the 4th January.

The dilemma we have is I did not realise that this year there were fireworks at both parks and at Lake Disney, so where is the best place to go to celebrate the new year :confused3.

Any ideas would be grateful.

Oh and what is the possibility that the 20th Celebrations will continue past September lol, as in October never really got close enough to see the dreams show.

Thanks

Best place this year to see all 3 firework displays was standing in front of Sequoia lodge, it was the same last year according to everything I've read :)

Re Dreams I think it will go on and on at least to the end of the year as it cost too uch to stop it any time soon and there are no other shows planned to replace it

In 2011 we watched the fireworks in Disneyland park and they were just ok, not set to music or anything, however this year they were set to music and they were fabulous! I would go there again but be prepared for it to be VERY busy
