Grim, Piper is beautiful, such a precious angel! Thanks for posting, finally! I've been dying to see her! I can imagine her walking all over the place!

Tig, I'm enjoying your photos, too. and waiting for more.

Jesse has been through his surgery, all is well, just in some pain, but not too bad.

Notice the Empire State building in the back ground. That's what he was looking at when he drifted off into anesthesia-land, my baby!

Gotta run, BBL.

LYMI!!!!!!!

 oh Aisling....poor Jesse...that just all looks sooo painful! But i know will be so MUCH better!!!!
take good care of him...like you need me to tell ya that~:)

wow, I hope the pain doesn't last long...I showed Britt and she said "nice Hoody!" :lmao:

Feel better soon buddy~

Piper is gorgeous! Thank you for the update...finally...:duck:

Christmas shopping has taken precedence over my trip report for now...I'm getting some laundry done and then going out with John when he gets home. Dinner out included :woohoo:

oh those sweet babies. Piper so cute. Jesse poor guy. Give them both hugs from me.

Bad news:

Totally over worked these days.

Good news:

Paid for my cruises next year. (now I just need to get Paul to believe he wants to come on this one, he keeps saying nOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNooooooo!)

Oh well, time will tell. I plan on letting the ressie hang until October when the balance is due and dealing with him then.

Kids and Paul are off shortly to go over friends for the night, I'm staying home to work.

Tigg: Got a blackberry last night (I call it rasberry since it's red) and I need the quick tips on reading the DIS on it. Haven't had enough time to play with that aspect of the toy just yet. Too busy reading my work email...Now they find me EVERYWHERE, what was I thinking? :confused3

Yes, what's up?

Not tellin, just askin ;)

The first time you sign on you may have to go to the bottom of the DIS page and click HTML (if I remember correctly.) Go to your User CP or Subscriptionsd page and save the page as a quick link. Both those steps should give you easy access whenever you go to the DIS.

I just ran my video from MVMCP!

The fireworks totally had a tear in my eye...

the parade is more fun to listen to than watch ;)

I'm still waitin for DH to get home so we can go shopping...again :)

hi all....well i'm almost all ready....did most of my grocery shopping tonite....a few things that i'll need to pick up sunday....& pretty much all gifts are bought and wrapped.... a couple of things left for Ryan's friends..but he could go get those himself....
so just some house cleaning the next couple of days...and of course laundry....there is ALWAYS laundry:laundy:

Hi Gang,

Jesse is doing better. He's still very bruised and swollen, very uncomfortable, but the worst is over. He sleeps a lot because of the medication, but I've been getting him up to sit at his desk and walk around a bit. Walking still hurts because of the pressure, even just sitting up. I'm actually encouraging him to use his computer, just to get him up for a while. So that's where we stand. Tomorrow he gets his nose cast off, so well see.

Are you all ready for Christmas? Grim's in WDW now, and that lucky badger is going to see Gary Sinise tomorrow night at the candlelight processional. I'm hoping GS is there the night before our cruise next year, as I'd love to see him do the narration.

I've been really tired the last few days, with being up to ice Jesse's face during the night, and Christmas shopping, and other things that I can't even remember. Today I'm going to try to take a break to rest, because I'm doing the cooking for Christmas Eve, as I host a big dinner party every year. My mother is here from upstate NY for a visit, and I wish she'd just go home. We don't get along, as she's a very criticizing and miserable woman. Never has a nice word about anyone.

So my friends, I'm going to snuggle up next to Jesse and try to take a short nap. BBL!

Aisling: How much longer will the recovery be? Hugs to you and Jesse. Sorry for his pain. I know it breaks your heart to see your baby in pain.

We've had a full day of running around. Shopped til we dropped, then we had Chinese dinner with friends and a horse drawn carriage ride around Willow Glen, a cottagey neighborhood in San Jose. Saw some beautiful lights. There were 4 or 5 houses that joined together to make a wonderful santa, sleigh and 4 giant reindeer pulling them. The reindeer are roughly the size of a car. Paul took some pictures I'll try to post them tomorow, not sure the lights will show up or not.

We've invited my family over for dinner and celebrating tomorrow night, we'll see who shows up, ya never know with my crazy sister and their children. We have a no cook dinner, (the exception is heating a ham) I expect lots of leftovers as we have enough food for all of them just in case they decide to show up.

Tomorrow we wrap!!!!

Hi all....my house is clean...the gifts are wrapped & under the tree....food is bought & waiting for prep...so i'm enjoying a very quiet & peaceful Christmas Eve morning thinking about one year from now when we'll be SO VERY close to cruising together!!!!:woohoo:

Guests are coming today around 4ish...dinner will be at 5:30...still have to put the 2nd leaf in the table & set it as well as the "kids" table....

Nan...that sounds so lovely....so festive...my boys probably wouldn't go for that carriage ride :-(
i would really like to go to the gilroy gardens holiday lights too but they probably won't

till l8r

John is out doing some final grocery shopping, I finished wrapping yesterday and am ready to put it all out, today is our relaxing day-our holiday starts in the morning with breakfast...

Merry Christmas Magic Mateys...only one more year to go~ :woohoo:

yesterday paul shortly after leaving Costco said just think we could be on a carribean beach right now...duh....why do you think I book that NYE cruise, but what will we do for Xmas...my plan in action...get him realizing how nice it was and is to travel AWAY at Xmas. No need for the last minute stuff we do at home that way :thumbsup2 now my plot is to see what I can find for us pre NYE in the way of a luxurious Xmas holiday before we cruise...I'm thinking that we'll pass on WDW this time, just looking for a good location with a pool & spa & good food to relax at. I think today I'll be web surfing Florida vacation spots...

We are enjoying the SIMPSONs.....chat with ya later,

N (& and Paul who is now thinking that it might not be too bad to have 2 cruises in one year :lmao: )
