Nan, I'm so happy that Sierra is breathing on her own! She's on her way to a complete healing. What a relief for all those who love her! Thanks for the update.
And Jill, thanks for posting the photo of the vets. I got a lump in my throat when I saw it.
Tig, I can hardly wait to get my scrapbooking software. Years ago, I used to make personalized storybooks using Print Shop, and was paid a pretty penny, so I'm planning on getting back into business to make some cruise money. I just pray it's easier to use than Photoshop, which is really difficult to use.
This past weekend, I re contact-papered my linen closet shelves, got rid of some old blankets and linens, and now it looks so organized and nice. Today I'll be working in our basement, getting it ready for new carpeting. We were going to tile, since it's healthier than the carpet fibers, but I found a carpet type that has very tight fibers and is made for people sensitive to carpets. My whole house is parquet flooring, so at least the lower level will be more cozy with carpeting. Plus, it costs a lot less than tiling.
Rainy and cool here today. It's been like this for the last couple of days, and I could sure use some sunshine.
I can't wait until Nov 26th, when it'll be the one year one month Happy Dance to cruise time!
