Hey Lady!

I have been talking to Cate and Brittany about this non-stop...the only issues they are having...

is how looooooooooooooong they have to wait for it to get here ;)

Oh yeah...and Brittany is kinda disappointed that she's too old to go to the Stack.

For those of you coming and wondering about the teen club, it's Fa-Bu-Lous! My daughter spent MOST of our cruise in the Stack and absolutely LOVED the counselors that work there.

I am hoping mine will. The past 2 times we have gone, neither of them spent any time at the clubs. Both will be able to go to the Stack in 08, so hoping they find it enjoyable.

I think Aisling's Jesse liked it as much as my Brittany did...

my DD's best friend didn't care for it, but that worked out well for me cause she and I went to the stage shows and a movie together and hung out by the pool together while Brittany was at the Stack.

ok Tigg, that cracked me up...you bring Step along for Brit and you hog her the whole time :lmao: I have lately been thinking about your 3 girls as what they were like as littel ones like ours and I can totally see me in 10 years watching shows and hanging by the pool with one of my other ones. It is really great that you and Step have so much fun together too.....Now perhaps I should try to weasel the other two families of our little group to join us on this NYE trip....that would blow the girls away....

Actually, I think I spent as much timewith Stefanie as Brittany did :)

Doesn't Molly and Wilson have friends that are siblings?

That's how Rose and I wound up together in the first place. Our boys are the same age, we met when the boys were five and the girls were still the little sisters running around the sidelines at the boy's soccer games...then we became Girl Scout leaders together and soccer and softall coaches together...

I have known and spent time with Stefanie n her brother Dan almost as long as they've been alive. I am glad Brittany's friends are as comfortable with me as they are with each other, she's good company~

You are absolutely right, you and Molly's friends will be just as close, that's a REALLY good thing~

RE: Different quotes

All this talk of cheaper quotes got me curious, as I thought Disney put a stop to travel agents discounting fares. I got 3 quotes each from Disney, DU, and Costco. All had identical prices. The only difference was in the 'credits'. Disney has none, DU has $100 - $300 shipboard credit, and Costco has $250 - $500 gift card (as previously mentioned).

I originally booked with DU. Hmmmm - what would be better - $100 worth of rum runners, or $250 worth of black olives :confused3

That $500 gift card makes the verandah look not so outrageous...

ya, but you have to have them to come to China with me....:lmao:

Tigg, the girls(& mamas) met at 6 months thru las madres, grassroots mothers group, they form every year word of mouth here in San Jose, and I assume there is a larger organization, but we decided that we liked ourselves enough to break free after one year and just stayed in our own little world...then we all had the boys one after another, sept, nov and mine in feb. it's the best friendship. molly is with the girls tonight for a sleepover. the cute thing about the girls is there is a redhead, blonde and brunette....the boys the same (wilson not as red as miss molly of course)

well, since it's 12:15am and wilson just brought his homework reading log into me I guess I should call it a night for both of us....

btw, we're going to Dland day after tomorrow, anyone need a fix on anything?

Hey Grim...are you guys getting a verandah this time?

What level did you book?

and YES!I absolutely think it's worth $500-is that onboard credit?

I only think ours was a hair cheaper because of a discount Nan said Disney does for retired military anyway, they do not put that discount online, they only give it if you call them and ask for it. I'm content with the $200 per cabin.

Thanx for the passpot info. I think I will get everyone their passports anyway, heaven forbid if any of us had to leave and couldn't because we didn't.

That's so cool about you and your friends Nan...

You should ABSOLUTELY try to convince one or both of them to sail with us! Molly and Wilson would appreciate that. Even tho Britt and Stef didn't spend the whole cruise together, they were both very grateful to have each other onboard.

Have a Great Time for us at DL Nan, I know you'll be calling me from traffic right?

Depends on if I get a big fat raise or not :teeth:

We booked Cat 9 (Outside View), Deck 2 (Same cabin as Christmas).

The $500 from Costco is a Costco gift card.

I just pulled the biggest weed I've ever seen in my life. It tried to eat me. I hate these 72 degree winters....

grim pirate:

BOO HOO HOO - You don't have a clue, it is 26 degrees outside and snowing, another 1 -3 inches expected, on top of the 12 plus inches we had on Wednesday. I'll take a 72 degree winter day anytime:lmao:

:lmao: Killer weeds?! That's too funny!

Did I tell you how much I LOVED that pic of you at the Corn Dog Palace? That was sooooo you!

Be safe Ohio Mom! We have cold and a little snow, but no where near what I am sure you are dealing with :cold:

I'm happy to see any snow...last year we had one "storm" the whole season, what that means here is mosquitos and ticks and weeds grow abundantly. We need the ice to kill of the excess...this allergy season coming will be alot milder because we got some real snow and cold weather.

One churro please...

grim pirate:

Molly says "roger that"

Me no likey the churro I'll have a pinapple ice cream from the tiki room....and Molly says me too.

Talk to you later,,,and of course I'll call ya in traffic, but we are planning on leaving early so we are hoping for no traffic (now I'm cursed) we are stopping at the AG store on the way in and spending Sunday afternoon at DTD (the kids and Paul have Deluxe APs (which means Sunday they are blocked from the park, unless we want to spend $30 each, so depends on the day and our mood what we will decide) me I have a no limits bar I can go if I want on Sunday, hmmmm maybe mama is having a night to herself....:lmao:

ta ta,

N, P, M & W (did ya get that????)

Mmmmm, Pinapple Ice Cream...

You two are gonna hafta get me summa'dat! When I get there of course, please don't try to mail it ;)

Photography wise, I was hoping for a day or even a few hours, of just me and the parks and my camera. Disney is the only place I wake up at the crack-o-dawn. I may use that time, one morning, for my alone time...

12 inches of snow? Ouch! I thought winter was over. Didn't the groundhog see his shadow??

About Costco, it was $400 less than DU and the DCL website, PLUS an $850 gift card. To me, that's as good as cash, since I shop at Costco all the time.
