New Years 3BR MARRIOTT OCEAN POINTE FOR DVC

I own a New Years week useage for a 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Oceanfront unit at Marriott's Ocean Pointe (Palm Beach/Singer Island, FL) that checks in on 12/31/05 and checks out on 1/7/06. I am interested in trading this week for five DVC nights (Sunday-Friday) in a 2 Bedroom checking in at Orlando or Vero on 4/16/06 or I can use a DVC Hilton Head check in during the Summer of 2006. Very attractive, but as you know TS owners make their plans WAY ahead! I am thinking many have the 2005 holidays planned and/or booked. Is this reservation flexible? I would maybe be interested in Summer 2006 (July 1st or 2nd check-in).
