new year/Jan crowds

I normally head in Sept or Feb but am bringing family so going from Jan 1 to Jan 10.

What are the crowds like at this time ?

After January 2 or 3, the crowds go way down as people are returning home and kids are returning to school. It's a great time to visit.

That is so good to know, are the crowds huge during the week of NYE? We might be there from Dec. 29through Jan 6th due to a convention. So it might be better to go to the parks Jan 2-4?

Definately better to go after 1/1...the crowds the week before are insane!
