New WW cookbook!

Last night at my WW meeting, my leader said there were changes coming to the program (duh, I think we all know that already), and she told us one of the cool things is a new WW cookbook coming out. The best part...it is all one pot/slow cooker cooking!! I hate coming home at night and trying to think about what to make for dinner (that is, on the rare occasion that I actually cook!), that I can't wait to throw everything in the slow cooker, and come home to the wonderful smells of dinner.

She also said there is a new 2-points bar coming out. PBandJ!! Yum, my favorite!!

Yum!!! That sounds promising! I love cooking in my crock pot! Maybe the changes won't be so bad, after all.

I love using my crockpot in the fall and winter months. Something about those cold, drizzly and snowy commutes that just makes you feel like not cooking. It is so nice to come into the house and smell a dinner that is already done!!!

I don't attend meetings so could someone post when it is available so I can start looking on Ebay.

I can't wait for that cookbook. I love using the crockpot.

the changes come the week of August 25th! Our leader said that the points finder doesn't change (except the colors, apparently it will be white and blue). There is something with flex points. She said that no longer will there be banking of points. I bet it is like someone posted on this board awhile back. That you are given a certain point for your day, and you have flex points to use throughout the week wherever you want. It will be interesting.

Sounds like it could be a good one! I do alot of crockpot cooking during the winter months. I'll keep my eyes open.
