My guess - beignets; poor boy sandwich; gumbo; oysters.

There was a lot of jambalaya featured on the menus last week on the wonder, I'm guessing that will be a no brainer.

I'm hoping for beignets and a shrimp po' boy. I'm planning to go on the Wonder after drydock specifically because of the announcement of this restaurant. I love the Princess and the Frog. My daughter and I have the Princess and the Frog cookbook and use the recipes quite often.
