Here we go again....

With either IE, or the latest version of Chrome....
Attempt to RENEW an AP Gold card, well within 60 days of expiration, yields a false drop down list.

Current GOLD AP Members, logged in, are presented with ONE option: Renew to a Platinum Pass.

This occurs with both IE, and CHROME, fully updated. Data enclosed, post LOGIN, with recognition of current status, passes, and AP - DVC status.

CALL CALL CALL - website broken again.

Dean, have you updated your Chrome browser recently? I think there has been an update within the past week. That might help......... might o_O

I don’t think that’s new. I don’t think we’ve ever been able to renew passes on the website; at least not at DVC or Gold pass rates.

That's been a problem for most people for a long time. Of course a few have been able to renew.

GOOD advice for others :). Yeas, we have updated. Also why we tried with two Browsers. This is not a browser issue - it's a Disney CODING issue. The site is so contaminated with style sheets that it really can NOT be maintained.

We really don't have an issue.... DVC Owners? We will just CALL. But we hate to see a great Company with a broken On-Line presence... When everyone has to CALL to get anything done? Consider just dumping the non-functional Website. It's just costing time and money.
