New Wal-mart????

I read somewhere on DIS that there is a brand new Wal-mart very close to the parks now. Can someone tell me where it is and how to get there from FW? Thank you!

Take a left out of Ft. W, go to the 1st traffic light, take a right. Follow that road to the end and take another right. MGM and DTD are on this road. Jump on 536 and take a right on 535. 535 will be the second light after you pass the Nick hotel. Wal Mart is about 1/2 to 1 mile on right. You can also get on 535 after passing DTD, but if you take 536 you will bypass all the traffic and lights in the DTD area.

Thank you so much!!! When did this store open? I have also heard that there is a new Target nearby. Do you know where it is located?

The new Wal Mart was open last summer when we were there. The target is on 192, which I try to avoid! If you go past the Wal Mart, you will come up to a Publix on the left. The Publix is at the corner of 535 and 192. I am almost positive that if you go to 192 via 535, turn left on 192 and Target is further down on the left.

Unless there is something specific that you need at Target stay away from it. The traffic and road construction increases exponentially once you get past the new Super Walmart.
