New Visa Card & Free Dining

I have been approved for the Disney Visa and do not have the card yet. All I have is the bank reference number (

Has anyone been able to book free dining with just that and not the card number??

I just called 4 times and each CM said NO I can't book with just my reference number. Each one also had NO clue the free dining opened up tomorrow for the rest of the world!!

I've been lurking on this board for awhile but have an answer for you. I did the same thing, applied for a Disney Visa Monday morning and then tried to book a package. If you got your automatic approval from the Disney website you can book a trip package using your new Visa on the website (it will give you that option to use it for payment at the end of the process), then call Disney using the reservation # and say you would like to add on the free dining promo to an existing reservation if it's available for that specific resort. I've booked a package but have not been able to add the free dining yet because our resort doesn't have any packages available. I'm trying at least 3 times a day.
