New Vero & HHI Add On Incentives

I just heard about $80 add on rates at both resorts..im trying to get more. i dont know if you need to add on a minimal amount or what the offer window is. i also dont know what the latest dues are at each resort

This sounds like its only $5 cheaper than previous promotions that require at least 50 pt. minimum add-on with a $5 discount, down from $90/pt. to equal $85/pt. Can you provide more info? Thanks,

Why would anyone consider this when you can get them through resale in the $50 range??? HHI is a "little" more expensive but $80 is NOT a good price at all.

Exactly! Even if you factor in buyer paying closing costs, it does not come close to resale. That said, maybe a buyer wants a particular UY that they can't find on resale. That would be the only reason I could see buying from the DIS.
