New Vacation Villas at Institute

Has anyone heard news on the new DVC villas they are building at the Disney Institute site. We were at WDW this summer and joined the DVC. They told us about the future site but no info on when it will be for sale. Just curious in case I want to consider for another set of points.

Now I am no expert but I beleive they are (Disney Institute Villas) going to be called Sarratoga Springs villas - I think I saw signs this past summer that read Sarratoga Springs Construction site - or something to that effect.

They are going to be named Saratoga Springs (villas?) and are to open in 2004. Someone else may have the link to the announcement.

The name is going to be Saratoga Springs, they just don't know what the ending is going to be (i.e. Villas, Spa, Spa & Villas). I heard they are looking for an opening in 2004.

As far as when they will start selling these is anyone's guess right now. I don't know if they will wait to start selling Saratoga until BCV is sold out. Right now BCV sell-out is predicted for March 2003. Maybe April will start the pre-sale, and you can bet there will be a price increase.
