We visit US/IOA on average 3 times a yr. We visit WDW once every 2-3 yrs
US/IOA is a more affordable vacation. We spent 169 each for 2 yr preffered annual passes. In non peak times we can get a room at RPR for 99. While RPR is their least expensive hotel, it compares more to WDW's deluxe resorts. As goofy! said US/IOA also give more perks for staying onsite. As long as we keep getting more bang for our buck, US/IOA will get more of our business than WDW.

I've been to Universal here in CA, and comparing the two theme parks is like apples and oranges. Why do some people think that just because you love Disney every other theme park has to be the enemy? It's just a silly commercial, and personally I thought it was hilarious! And for the record, my dd was sick of the princess stuff by the time she was 6, but then again, look at her pic!

And as another poster said (can't find the post) - Disney is like one dish of food, Universal like another. Both different, but both delicious.
