It's like so stupid. Ugh. And like why pack a pregnancy test, alice? Seriously, if you thought it were possible, pack condoms instead.
There was no action in this book. A lot of talk about things happening, but nothing went down.
Renesmee is the worst name since Albus Severus. And the character kind of bugs me a bit. She's not really a child...
And Bella is just kind of like I LOVE HER. But y'know, Jake you can basically be her only parental figure.
And Edward never seemed to care he was a father. Only that one time when he started being able to hear it. After that it was like.. Oh right, she's mine.. GRRRRRR. But y'know what? Jake you imprinted on her, why don't you basically be her dad, I don't want to bond with her at all.

The Twilight Saga: The Official Guide seems interesting..but we've got a couple of months before that gets released.

The only part of it that was like the other books was the very beginning.
All of the characters after that were just really off.
I'm not rereading it for a while.
And I don't think I'm going to be bothered buying Eclipse either. The novelty of owning kind of wore off after reading this book. I kind of wish I hadn't spent my money on them and had borrowed BD.

in the begining it was Stephenie's work but once it really took off it was like a fanfiction, I totaly agree. I'm only on page 132 because i was like this is so not Stephenie's work, it's to much like a fanfiction. but I am going to read the rest I'm just not in that huge rush like i was before.

I know I'm in a minority, but I really liked it. was everyone seriously expecting a bloodbath, expecting something different than a happy ending? Anything else would have seems wrong to me, not becase I'm a love-sap, but because the characters deserved it.

Edward only wanted his child dead when he thought it was a demon that was killing Bella and itself. When he heard that the child had thoughts and feelings, he instantly loved her. And Bella wasnt off. The bond between a mother and her child is really strong.

Ah well, I really liked it.

Alice didn't pack a pregnancy test, she packed tampons for Bella, and Bella finally realized she was late when she saw them.
