Hey girls :) Just wanted to check in and say hi... I hope I see a bunch of BFP's soon

Hey Kennywife, I know a LOT of people who have had success with getting over IBS and Crohn's by going Macrobiotic. It's super healthy, and a PITA to start... but I think it would be well worth it. My grandma had Crohn's, and I think DH has mild IBS, so I know what you're going through.

Kennywife and Si-am I sent you guys the quinoa recipe. I am sorry your IBS is causing such problems Kennywife.

Soontobewed- I am sorry your husband lost his job that really sucks. This same exact thing happened to us about two years ago and we were just about to start trying for a baby that same month, but we also lost our health insurance. I was panicked, but he got a new job surprisingly quickly and it was better pay with a shorter commute :yay:. But we waited to make sure the job was sticking before we started trying for a baby (because we thought we'd get pregnant right away ). I hope he finds something even better too and you can get back to that IUI right away- Sending job luck and baby dust your guys' way.

Ugh, we need some good news on here- I know a bunch of us are in the TWW- COME ON STORK! Bring it on, we're ready!

agreed...we really do need some GOOD news. I know me and Cherbear are due for testing/AF next week so we shall see what happens. Who else is in the TWW?

good morning all

AF arrived this morning, not a big surprise as we weren't really all that active over ovulation this month :rotfl:

on the plus side, thats 2 cycles since the last miscarriage that have been bang on time in relation to ovulation and AF starting, which points to things being back to normal in that regard

Would you mind if I asked how your tubes cleared? I had an ectopic 2 months ago and was treated with Methotrexate. I went last week to get a HSG test done and sure enough I have a blocked tube. I have an apt with my DR this week to get more results from the HSG test and am worried that I may need surgery or my tube removed. I will find out tuesday UGH Thanks :)[/QUOTE]

Not at all. I had a minor surgery through my belly button. Ob went in and with some probe like instruments flushed out the blockage with some liquid. Waking up from the general anestesia was the worst part. I was also out of work for two days. Good luck.

Thank you so much for your reply. I really appreciate it. I have a feeling I may have to have my tube removed and am scared to death about surgery. Did the anestesia make you feel sick?

I'm ready for some good news too! I am in the 2ww also planning on testing Friday before my doctor's appointment.

Ugh, I am so sorry about the AFs!!! What a witch she is!!

I am testing Wednesday. Or possibly Tuesday evening as I think I've been working on DH enough. LOL But since I am 11 DPiui and 12 days past the trigger shot, I feel like it's probably out of my system today, so it's super tempting to test while DH is at work!!!

Hi everyone. Just stopping in to say hi and wish everyone good luck!!! I took a break this month after December's disappointment. We got ourselves two dogs though which is both great and a ton of work, and is helping to keep us busy and our mind on something else besides the last BFN.

Baby dust to all!

Thanks everyone :grouphug: I am really depressed about the whole thing, but we are leaving for Disney VERY soon and I am hoping that things will work out after that. I wish all of you the very best and lots of baby dust and I hope to be back soon.

Waking up from anestesia was a little scary. At first, my eyesight was very foggy, everything was a blur. I went back to sleep and after about an hour and a half I woke up in decent shape, just sore and tired.

Hopefully you'll only have a blockage and won't need to have a tube removed.

Oh wow...that is pretty scary. I'm glad you felt better after fallingback to sleep. Thanks for answering my questions and sharing your experience with me. I have an apt with my DR on Tues so I will find everything out then. Wish me luck :)

Well girls I think I will be taking a break from here....

DH lost his job yesterday and we lost our insurance. So I won't be having the IUI this month and I still haven't called the RE to tell her. I am so sad and depressed I haven't stopped crying.

Baby Dust to all of you!:wizard:

Oh honey! I'm so sorry! We'll keep thinking good thoughts for you and hope DH finds a job real soon!

Afternoon ladies. On day 3 of clomid. I made choclate chip cookies this afternoon after studying about Sir Isaac Newton and Copernicus with Meg and no lie, I could have eaten the WHOLE BOWL of mix! Give me the spoon and I'm goin in! Anyone know if that's a side effect?:tilt: So far I think I'm ok, but hey, it's been two days, going on 3.:)

ckret01~ Good luck on Tuesday!

chloelovesdisney ~ Good luck with the Doggie! That's great!

I think that's a side effect of just being human. I could eat a whole bowl of cookie dough any day of the week.

Seriously though, I didn't get any side effects of clomid until a few days AFTER I took the last pill. Weird, I know but I usually didn't feel anything while taking them.

esbrick ~ glad to hear that the clomid side effects aren't too bad so far. I hope it continues to stay that way.

darn, now I want cookie dough...cooked, uncooked...I don't care!

As for Clomid, one of the other things I noticed after a few months was that my periods got heavier. The doctor said it was the Clomid and it was normal.

Clomid definitely makes me HUNGRY! I crave Wendy's Chili and Donuts.... Its terrible... I usually get all of these preggo symptoms too and it drives me crazy!!

mmmmm cookie dough. . . .:goodvibes Is it normal that I almost took a spoon of it on my way to work this am! I was going to chalk it up to just that it's so darn good, however, when I almost took the doughnut lady up on the buy coffee and get 2 doughnuts promo I thought hmmm weird! One is my absolute limit and it's a cake doughnut, no crazy sugary stuff!;)

Hope this day goes quickly! I'm praying that I can focus at some point on work!;)

Take care!
