OMG, I love this!!!! I'm so happy they returned to a more-or-less Swiss Family Robinson theme, since that's what I grew up with. It seems kind of funny that they created a "whole new family" that's essentially SFR, but ok. Maybe that means a new movie is in the works.

This is so much better than converting it to a new IP treehouse. And yes, I get that the original was an IP themed treehouse. This one looks like it will have nice touches from Imagineering that give nods to the SFR one will also allowing for some new themes to be added. Great job, Disney!

There actually has been talk of a new series in the works, but I haven't heard anything in a while so I am not sure of its status currently. It is something that could use a refresh.

I am assuming that there will be some SEA references in this, so it may tie to their plans for that universe too.

I like this update, but it's still just Stairs: The Ride to me!

I’m excited! I love the tribute to the original and also feel like this is a commitment by Disney to keep the treehouse for a while at least.

Yeah, Encanto wouldn't quite fit in Adventureland. This is a better call. Encanto should get a AAA dark ride anyway.

Wow, I love it! The treehouse has always been a favorite of ours, and while I was curious to see what they'd do with an Encanto theme, I am *thrilled* with the new plans! It will fit in much better with Adventureland. Can't wait to see it

I grew up with the SFR theme, so while I don’t mind the changes, I do think it’s sad that the Tarzan theme is going away.

My (almost) 6YO daughter won’t relate as well to the theme, and her experience is more important than mine.

Plus - we had a kick over being “scared” by the jaguar every time we went up. My daughter wanted to go through it again and again every time we visited.

Of course, after the second climb, she would make me carry her to the top… so maybe it’s good that they’re changing it!
