New Travel Channel feature on Disney

This Friday, 4/11, at 9PM Eastern, the Travel Channel has scheduled "Samantha Brown's Disney Favorites" which apparently includes attractions she likes best at WDW and Disneyland. I haven't seen this program before (I have most of them on tape). Thought you might be interested.

I am not much of a Samantha Brown fan anymore. I think that her first time at WDW was when she did the Great Hotel show on the Grand Floridian.

It's easy to be an expert when one is reading from a script.

The difference between Samantha Brown and us is that she gets paid a lot to love Disney and we pay a lot to love Disney.

The one she did on Xmas Holidays was brand new, as she was there when they lit the castle for the first time for the holidays in 2007. She was with the 2 imagineers who came up with the "ice lighting". They were pretty relieved it worked and looked great(can vouch for that).

My 6yr old loves Samantha, he'll even watch her other shows(Passport to South America) So now instead of wanting to stay at GF, he also wants to hit Belize and some other South American countries.

good news i will check it out. its good to actualy get a travel show on the travel channel. i think sometimes they want to be another food channel,instead of a travel channel.tonight shows at 5hot dog heaven,at 6 food wars at 7 worlds best places to pig out,at 8 ice cream paradise

The Disney Royal Treatment on 5/2

Also, on Fine Living Network (for those that get it), they'll be showing What you get for the Money: WDW starting April 12th, and at various times over the proceeding week.

It's a little bit of both, I think.

Some clips from the "old" content we've all seen. A couple of newer clips (of the newer attractions, like Everest) that we haven't seen before.

they already had it on a last weekend i believe, had one family @ POP, one @ AK & the other - i forget it was repeated several times
