I have not been to US since 1993 and DH has never been. We are looking at going mid-December and want to stay on-site. Is it usually cheaper to book a package or to get the tickets seperately from the hotel? I saw on their website it is an Extra Savings Week (or something like that), but could not find AAA rates to compare?

How do these hotels compare to WDW hotels? We usually stay at monorail or Epcot resorts at WDW and are hoping the US hotels are similar.

Any other info and or advice would be great too! :)

Thanks!!!

Buy your tickets and room separately. The hotels are deluxe, so you should like them. If you want AAA, you need to call Loews directly and they will give you all of the discount rates.

Onsite hotels are within walking distance to the parks (or a relaxing water taxi ride) and the FOTL is the greatest perk on the planet!! :cloud9:

You can also book thru AAA by going to www.aaa.com ...that's what we did last December. Got HRH club for $279/night.
