Hi! We have been to WDW many times!:lmao: But, we are planning first trip to Universal! We have a Loews and AAA! Where should we book to get best price?? Also, we have a ds 11 and are thinking Hard Rock??? Would love any tips/advise for first trip (June 08)! Thanks!:rotfl:

In order to be sure of getting your Loewsfirst perks I would book directly through Loews website or reservation phone number. They offer the same rates as Universal. Usually the Supersaver rate will be better than AAA if they offer it for the time you are going.

We stayed at RPR (kids 6, 16, 17) and after a trip over to the Hard Rock pool, we all agreed we like RPR better. The pool was deeper - Hard Rock was really shallow (I'd say less than 3 feet with only a small area that was 4.6 feet). RPR pool was 3.5 - 4.7 in most in most areas with only the area at the zero entry end being too shallow to swim. My 6 year old son really enjoyed the slide at Hard Rock though.

Called 800 number on Universal site....Just checked my AAA rate again for August for HRH...The supersaver rate now advertised is higher than AAA rate!

I'd book through Loews. Just did Universal Vacations and it was a mess. No consistancy what so ever, never got my email confirmations that were needed at check in and because of that Loews could not do a thing. Concierge at the hotels can get all your tickets. It's not like WDW and you need to book a package, tickets, meals etc and make adr's.
