New to Universal- advice needed

I will be taking my daughter for 1 3/4 days in July. We will stay onsite and purchase 2 day park to park tickets. If we purchase express passes (not unlimited) for just one of the days, should we be able to get through most of the rides in the 2 parks in that time frame? We will be focusing mostly on Harry Potter, but would like to hit the other headliners such as Jurassic Park, Spiderman, coasters too. Thank you!

Have you looked into booking your hotel at one of the premiere resorts? They will include Express Pass unlimited for both your check in and check out day. Looking at prices, 1 day of regular express pass will run you $179 per person. Premiere hotel will run around $600 a night, but will have Express Pass Unlimited included for both of you.

Will it be just you and your daughter or will there be more people? If so, the premier hotel would make sense but if it's just the two of you, it may be cheaper to buy the 1 day of express passes.

Just the two of us so the premiere resorts come out to quite a bit more. That is why I’m wondering if we can fit most things in with one day express pass and the second day to finish up
