New to this Site - How do I find out about Fish Extender exchanges

Have booked our first Disney Cruise. It's just a short one (my hubby requires dialysis and Disney doesn't contract with any agencies for onboard). So booked one of the 2-Nighters (Oct 9, 2015).
I'd love to participate in the Fish Extender swap, but have no idea where to start. I know there are great extenders you can make or purchase, and have some ideas for swapping. But where do I look for names of others so I can sign up and find out how many items to bring.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
