Hello all!

I am new to this board, and just wanted to introduce myself.
I am Sandra, 26, living in Brussels, Belgium (1.5 hours away from the magic!) and I'm a big Disney-fan (otherwise I wouldn't be on these boards, would I?)

I am especially a fan of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, and my favorite Disney-movie is Beauty and the Beast.
Next to "regular" visits to Disneyland Paris, and Disneyland, I am also a member of the WDCC society, and collect many books, DVDs, CDs, beanies, etc etc etc from Disney.

Last time I went to Disney was in October, when I went to California, so that I could congratulate Mickey Mouse for the 50th anniversary of Disneyland. Next week, I'll be going 3 days to Disneyland Paris, and probably next summer, I will go back to Disneyland.
I have never been to Walt Disney World yet, nor have I been to Tokyo, Hong Kong or on a Disney Cruise.

Sandra

Hi Sandra and welcome to DLP DIS board :wave2:
We are a friendly bunch here so join in any thread or start a new one for separate questions :)
We have sticky threads where you can add you birthday and when you are going on holiday at the top of the board.
Happy posting :) :grouphug:

Hi
Welcome to the best DLP board there is! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and as a relative new member myself I have found everyone to be really welcoming! If it wasn't for this board I would never have found out about Annual passes and loads of other stuff! :wave2: :wave2:

A nice and warm welcome from me too  .

Beeing relativ new on this Board, I just can underline everything that was said before. This is the most Disneymagic you can find in the web.

Thank you. I really enjoy being here. I have been on Disboards before, but I had never scrolled down enough to see there was a board about DLP. I really enjoy reading old threads, and I have already learned about things I didn't know existed! (And I thought I already knew a lot about it!)

Welcome to the DLP board- everyone is very friendly here!!!!

Welcome to this board!

You must be very excited if you are going next week! I have never been to DLRP in the winter but am going 20/01/06 - 23/01/06. It is very cold in the UK at the moment and I am trying out my thermal clothing - which seems very cosy!
Lucky you to be able to have regular visits, where do you stay when you are there?

Welcome Sandra! I am a long time member of the Disboards but am now 'visiting' from the DVC and restaurant areas.

I plan to make myself comfortable here on the DLRP board as I plan for my upcoming trip.

I can assure you that this seems to be a nice little community with some very helpful members....

Best regards,
bavaria

Welcome Sandra! Like you, I thought I knew a fair bit about DLP before I came on here, but there are so many people here willing to share their knowledge and experiences of DLP that there's always more to learn!

I have already been a couple of times during the winter. It's not the best moment to visit DLP (weatherwise), but I just love the Christmas decorations!
I always stay at the Santa Fe. I don't see any use to pay more money than that to sleep with my eyes closed. We try as much as possible to have the Good Morning Fantasyland breakfast (for both breakfasts during my coming trip, yeay!) and we always go to other hotels for dinner.

Thank you!
But this board is going to cost me money. i am already researching how I can buy 2000 Eurodisney shares, haha!
I am so glad I found a board where I can learn new things about Disneyland Paris.

Oh God, I'm already addicted to the Mouseplanet boards, and now DISboards...
Only thing about DISboards: because of all the images/colors used in the signatures, it's difficult to read these at work :(
So I'll have Mouseplanet during the day, and DISboards in the evening!

(My mom always says: one day you're going to wake up and notice you have gotten Mickey-ears. I can't wait for that day!!!!)
