New to Rewards - FAQ?

I'm a newless cluebie when it comes to the award system, but it's intriguing and I'd like to learn more about it.

Is there a primer or FAQ available?

At the top of this board, there is a thread titled "a rewards how to". I had been out of the loop for a long time and it was a lifesaver for me.
