New to DISboards! Is this Forum just for Disney Weddings in Disney World?

Hi everyone!

I found this site while googling suggestions as we plan our Disney wedding, so I figured I would join and give it a try. We are having our Disney wedding at home in New York and having a Disney honeymoon. Is this forum just for those who are having their wedding in Disney? I just wanted to figure that out before asking for suggestions as to how to "bring Disney" to our wedding in NY.

while the majority of folks here are brides having DFTW/weddings in or about the “world”, there are quite a few folks having disney themed weddings, honeymoons, friends or families getting married at WDW and such!

lots of folks post and look for ideas about disney-fying their at home wedding! so you are very welcome and not at all alone! there’s a planning journal section as well, so if you wanted, you can post things and keep an online journal that others can see and comment on.

Like samby said, there are many of us who are having our weddings at Disney World/Disney Land but we have quite a few girls who had Disney Themed at Home Weddings (so fun and beautiful!). Feel free to jump right in and join us!
