New to Atkins

DH and I would like to start Atkins. What books or web sites are essential? I need something with the specifics of the plan. We are both very familar with it but need specifics on the induction period and there after.

You can get Atkins' New Diet Revolution book in paperback at Wal-Mart for just a few bucks. It tells you everything you need to know, and the website seems to be a nice additional tool. I'm just getting started this week, and it was very helpful to read the book. Good luck!

Yep, that's the book, though to be honest I'd just get it out of the library because once you've gone through a week or two it's all second nature.
