Anyone been to the temporary "taco cart" that is standing in for Cantina San Angel while it is being redone?

Pics, menu, etc. would be appreciated...

Thanks!

Quick question.. The quesadillas listed say that it has Chihuahua cheese. Does anyone know what sort of cheese this is (cow, goat, sheep milk?) and can anyone describe the taste?

Queso chihuahua, also called queso menonita (it was made first by the Mennonite communities in northern Chihuahua, Mexico), is a white cow's-milk cheese similar to Monterey Jack but softer.

Thanks!

But too bad, I was hoping for beef nachos or tacos as DD LOVES beef with taco/nacho seasoning.

Guess we will have to find a different place for lunch for her at EPCOT.

Thanks so much for the info! Sounds good to me! :thumbsup2

We (Mexicans) use the Chihuahua cheese on almost all the things that have cream, and/or tortilla, like Enchiladas, Chilaquiles, and in Spaghetti ,with ham, and cream, and over rice. The flavor is soft, kids like it. Almost like Mozzarella. As Tillymarigold said is the same as the Menonita, and is made from cows milk.
