Hello.

Quick question. I want to send a pm

Do I start a new conversation and click on "allow anyone in the conversation invite others" or "lock conversations (no responses will be allowed)"

The 'lock conversations' option, I believe, should be used if you don't want the person to be able to send the PM to enybody else or include anyone else in the PM conversation. I am not sure whether it will allow the the recipient to respond to you if you use that option. Might be worth posting the same question on the tech. board.
