New survey in milesource

I know it's only 2 more points, but there is finally a new survey in Milesource. I hadn't done this one yet. (Called games and shopping) BTW, I read a thread before adding this - what is a webcert card, and why/how do you get them? I'm trying to get points from Milesource for a RFC certificate, and use My Points to work towards the webcertificate that you can use to get a card thru Mastercard (for a fee) to use anywhere. Is this the card everyone is talking about? Can you use this anywhere in WDW, such as restaurants? Please fill me in, I've only been at this for a month.

Thanks for the survey information and yes, any reward program that offers web
certificates as a cash out option can be added to a plastic mastercard, that can be used
as a normal credit card, or debit card i should say,,( you can only spend, what you have on the card,) and you do have to pay webcerticficates a one time fee for the plastic card , it's
either like 6.95 0r 7.95 , not sure on that ,, let me know if you have any more guestions...lol laurie
