I still don't understand why they would taunt us with new stuff...

Well someone changed the home page to reflect the MIA new items so SOMEONE has to be there lol

I am pretty sure all VMK_ and Host_ are still there, someone has to be sure that even in the final days that people still respect values and stay safe.

As hard as it is I am trying to continue on playing and buying. I struggle with whats the point. Well the point is thousands of people are trying anything to help VMK stay alive and if I do not keep buying items then I am really saying it is for not.

So many are trying in what ever they can to be heard. Reminds me of Horton Here's a Who. We are the Who's screaming as loud as we are here WE ARE HERE!!!! We may be just a drop in the bucket but we matter just as the Who's in Whosville mattered too.

I'm not really sure why but they are committed to finishing this thing business as ussual (throw in a little more lag and crashing) Honestly the place is already becoming a virtual ghost town at times, not many people playing games - what is the point to questing for new items, purchasing new items or earning credits.

Personally I cleared at least 25 storage rooms yesterday and deleted the rooms. I was planning to sell a lot of the worthlless items but I had a freind request I not sell it all so I leave with what I have. I think I may still have to sell at least some of it or I will lag worse then normal.

I am most surprised people are still asking what is this worth and trading including credits in trades. At this point everything is virtually worthless. If you know someone that would like something jut give it to them. But to answer, no apparently no one cares about the new stuff and although I stopped doing credit runns the day after the anouncement I will for some reason go to the emporium and buy these items just to buy them.

I agree since we never really knew how long it would last, however I had no issue with that if they had the money and could afford it. I have a small budget for entertainment, other people may have a lot of lose change. If you need things to build a room or complete your colection and thats your hobby - have at it. At this point however I don't understand what value any trade has. Would I give out an item if it was the only one I had at this point? Probably not to just anyone, I would keep it to enjoy a few more days or I would gladly share it with a friend. So I understand there is some attachment and some denial but it somewhat escapes logic to thik some grand offer of items and credit at this point will get you a stitch hat or green flips - and to what end.

I'm not playing as much as I was before the dreaded announcement. I spend most of that time reading this Dis Board to see what everyone is doing and get ideas on what I can do. But, when I am on VMK it's been what I did before the announcement - getting credits, doing the host events, trading.. I feel why not put the last weeks to good use. Although it's closing I still want to play the game until the end and do what I would do if it wasn't closing down. I will still buy the items that are released for pics and to say I had them.
I think the new items are wonderful looking I want to buy some and say "I support you and all the staff for all you did"

Frankly I find it rather cruel to release items that will dissapear with us all in a few weeks. It's like they are saying "here is some really cool new stuff, buy it now so we can take it away in a few weeks" Gosh do they really find it necessary to rub salt in our wounds?? I think I would feel better to find my stuff just gradually disappearing than to be taunted like this.
