New Stuff 4/10 (If anyone cares)

Frankly I find it rather cruel to release items that will dissapear with us all in a few weeks. It's like they are saying "here is some really cool new stuff, buy it now so we can take it away in a few weeks" Gosh do they really find it necessary to rub salt in our wounds?? I think I would feel better to find my stuff just gradually disappearing than to be taunted like this.

I think VMK is trying to make the best of a situation they have no control over; they are not trying to rub salt into our wounds,.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd prefer to use the days we have left to good advantage rather than have VMK just discontinue releasing items or worse yet, close earlier than they have stated.

Anyone think they will release a last day pin? Or maybe a special hat? Wouldn't that be insane... Every time I think of logging into the game, I come to the DIS boards. Somehow it feels better to be here than there... Those Pan walls would have looked great in my Pan room. I wish they would have released them for 5 credits each though... After the last month, I don't have many credits left, and I am just not inspired to play mini-games or go on daily credit runs right now...

The new stuff breaks my heart. Gosh, remember the days of rushing home to log on to see the new stuff? The excitement, the happiness.....all just a memory. I see the new items and it pains me to know that I can never fully enjoy them.

Well, I did buy these new walls. They are beautiful and someone worked so very hard to create them. After days of wandering aimlessly around the Kingdom, I decided to do what I love during the time I have left. I played a game of fireworks. I visited with friends and looked at some rooms friends had open for display. Then I built a new room.

Why? I want to enjoy some of the time that is left. I intend to go through all of my store rooms and create the rooms that I have always wanted to, but never made the time to build. I am still fighting for our beloved community, but I am also ready to enjoy every single minute left.

It makes me MAD, that they would release items like WALLS, instead of random things, that will actually help us.

You see to me, walls are like a long term thing, Once i have the basic items to build a B+ material room, then I will get walls.

We just found out VMK is closing, WHY THE HECK WOULD I WANT WALLS TO COMPLETE MY ROOM!?

I want flying carpet magic, or just those items, or whatever happened to weekend pins?

I also think that its terribly ironic (or..planned) that its a sunset like "Yes, this has to go down too, just like the sun, but unfortunately the sun is going to come back up...but we aren't"
