Remember being VMK staff is work in real life for these people. Sometimes they move to different things in the company, no longer needing their VMK character. And some of these people are still going to college. To us it's a game, to them it's work. All staff love their jobs and realize how lucky they are to have them (because it's such a fun job). But they do have to live life, and sometimes that means moving on to other jobs, unfortunately. My 2 cents.

Oh yes, and I've met Lily twice now. She's very nice and excited to be a part of VMK. ^_^
