New Soarin Video -- To Watch or Not?

I know full video of the new Soarin' ride has been leaked and it's killing me! I'm SOOOO curious and can't wait to see it. But I also really, really, really want to be surprised when I see it this summer.

Which camp are you in? Have you looked? Are you waiting? Did you watch it and wish you hadn't?

I just watched it. It's not a ride I really enjoyed in the past (and not worth the wait times to me) so I'm glad I got to see how they changed it.

I'm going to give it a look so I'll be prepared to make my own vacation video of it. Soarin' films quite well but to get the best results you do have to do more than just point the camera at the center of the screen and hit Record.

I just watched it. It's not a ride I really enjoyed in the past (and not worth the wait times to me) so I'm glad I got to see how they changed it.

Same here. Never really understood the fascination with this ride. When it was open, I enjoyed it because of the draw from other Epcot rides. I can only imagine the madhouse Epcot will become when both Soarin' and FEA are newly opened.

I do not watch videos of rides I have not been on yet. I peeked at one too many Christmas presents in my youth
However, I do watch videos of rides I have been on to get my Disney fix in between visits.

I'm not going to watch. I'd much rather wait and experience it first hand. Our trip is only 3 months away though, if I didn't have a trip planned, then I would probably be more tempted to look.

I am so torn!! Brayden from Mickey Views (on youtube) mentioned that the US version may have a different ending than the Shanghai version. So far I have been able to resist, but not sure how much longer I can hold out.

As of yet I haven't watched it and I'm trying not to, but my next trip isn't until November and I don't know if I can hold out that long!!

I will not watch ahead of time. I much prefer to experience the way it's meant to be. I will be there on Day 1, so it helps that I don't have to wait too long. I also didn't find out the genders of my babies while pregnant, which I know is very difficult for most people - even the twins!

No spoilers for me. I never watch ride videos of something I plan to experience in person until I have actually been on it.

I watched it, but I'm not one of those people who feels like it would have been spoiled had I not waited. I enjoyed watching the video and am excited to see what scents they have put in with it. Don't regret watching it. Of course, if you are the type of guest who really enjoys the thrill of experiencing the ride for the first time when you are actually on the ride, don't watch. That said, I will tell you that if you enjoyed the old ride, I think you will also really like this one.

I have listened to the music...which I love...but I refuse to watch until I'm see it in person!

I'll probably watch it since it really won't spoil the ride for me. The ride itself gets all the senses involved which won't happen with just watching it. In my mind (which I'll admit isn't totally there) it's no different than riding the ride more than once. If you've ridden it once you know what is going to happen yet you ride it again.

It popped up unexpectedly while I was watching a Shanghai video, I closed it as fast as I could. 100% I'll wait, but only because I have a trip planned for Aug so I don't have too long to wait.
