I'm excited to hear about it too! Even though our trip isn't for a few months.

Hope you'll report back after you get to experience it, OP. :)

I will give a report sometime on Tuesday night, after Epcot closes.. I imagine there will be many reviews this weekend before I even get there though. I just hope they have the bugs worked out, and it's running smoothly .

We have a noon fastpass for tomorrow then another early one Saturday morning before heading home. I'm super excited for tomorrow as we get the new castle show, Sorin' and then the new Star Wars fireworks.

I"m doing the new fireworks tommorrow (hmm today??) and soarin on saturday.

And I finally get to find out what the new scents are!!!! That is STILL ungoogle-able with no answer from google as I was inquiring today from the opening of Shanghai. Please someone please post what the scents are.

We rode it twice this past week (old movie of course). First time, no scents at all. Second time (this past Wednesday) new scents but hard to figure out with the old movie playing. I remember the orange harvesting scene smelled like roses. :confused3

We rode it today. After seeing a photo of the wait yesterday I honestly thought we would bypass it but the wait time was only 30 minutes. For those of you that enjoy Soarin, you will like it. People clapped at the end of it.
It was nice but I have never been a die hard Soarin fan so I feel like you need the experts to see and comment. It was good. However, I would still choose a Test Track FP over it.

We rode it today at 4:30, and our group of 4 gives it a Big Thumbs up ! We all thought it was better , much better, than the original. Big round of applause too at the end, by the audience. No spoilers revealed here. Also with our Fast Pass we got on in about 15 minutes.

I have a friend there now. She rode yesterday. Said it was fantastic and far better than the original.

Wet rode it on Friday with a fastpass. When we went at 1:20, standby was only 50 minutes. Love the new film, although they overdid the surprises (think tee shot in the old film). But some of the perspectives were awesome.

What does the new Soarin' soar over?

Just rode it today. Really enjoyed the new version. It was nice with the clean screen. I'm probably forgetting a few stops, but there was Greenland, Eiffel Tower, a German castle, pyramids, Taj Mahal, Great Wall of China, Sydney harbor, Fiji, Tanzania, and Epcot.
