When making you ADR, which site is best to use and who is getting the most accomplished?:confused3

My problem is that the old site took me back to the new site. We are going Friday, Nov. 29 to Friday, Dec. 6. My 180 day mark was two days ago (Monday) therefore, I should have been able to do my ressies for the 180 +10 but, I was only able to schedule my ADR's for my arrival day online. Each day it has added a day to "my disney experience" to allow me to change them online. Today I can work with Nov. 29 (Friday that we are arriving) through Dec. 2 (Monday). I'm expecting Tuesday to show up tomorrow. :confused3

I'd try online to see what you can accomplish and then, be prepared to call as well.

I did hear that you needed to clear your history on your computer to get it going like it needed to but, that didn't really help me either..... GL!

Would you please post the link for the old site? Thank you!

Try https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/en_GB/

On the left, look for a Dining Package

Enter your dining date

Login under the "my disney vacation tab"

Choose "retrieve reservation" from the right side of the screen and enter your resort reservation number

You should now see a prompt to "Make Dining Reservations Don't miss out, make advance dining reservations online" Click on the reminder line ...

Enter the date for your dining reservation and you get a box telling your the date is more than 180 days in advance and you need to confirm your reservation number ... click on the link and enter your reservation number (... yes ... again ....) along with your last name and check in date

At this point ... you should be able to enter your dining date and make reservations!

Hope this helps.

I used the new site a couple of weeks ago to make my ADRs and had no problems at all. It was nice because it had the option to save my CC info while I was making the ADRs so it made it quicker to make the ones that required the credit card hold.

I made a couple ADRs on the old site as well. No problems with that site either except that it was going sooo slow the morning I was trying to make my ADRs. :confused3 That was the reason I switched over the the new site to finish out what I wanted.

I tried both, but personally found it easier with the new site. I was on at 6am eastern time, and the system was slow, but I expected it would be that way.
