I went into the monorail station to find this:

I have a feeling it's based on the posters found in the Discovery Arcade (this hallway thing along the one side of Main Street -- Liberty Arcade is on the other side) in Disneyland Paris. They've got posters that are in that style all along it, depicting various cities and what they were percieved to look like in the "future" for people that were in Victorian times. I have a picture of the Los Angeles one, but I can't find my card reader. Bah. Maybe if I find it later I'll post.
