New Sidebar on VMK Homepage?

There's a new sidebar on the VMK homepage, if you click on the news and then look on the left.

Wonder what this is supposed to be used for, aside from showing pins and credits..

It's weird, It says under "my list" " save up to 10 of your favorite parks, rides, and arcade games". What does this mean?

I don't know, I just went through the WDW homepage adding favorite rides and then came back to the VMK page but it didn't show any that I put into my favorites.

okay - that's sort of cool! Sort of Big Brother is watching you too.

The credits and pins are reflecting exactly what I have and am wearing. Although, why does it say under credits, "Not enough to buy what you want"?

As for the "My List" - If you go to the arcade games, Narnia, POTC, etc... there is a button that says "add to my list." I believe that is what "My List" is for, although it does not seem to be working just yet. Nice shortcut bar though.

I find it of alomost no use at all. All it does is show our credits and pins... yay? We can go into the game to see that. And this doesn't even show all our pins.

Another thing I dont like about it:
If you log in there, you still have to log into the main game. So what is the point of this? Obviously to have a shortcut on the VMK homepage to your favorite arcade games, because that's the only use I see from it.

I find that showing your credits is antagonizing. Especially if you dont carry that many credits with you. It may just be me thinking that, though

As for the music... You need to stay on the homepage for it to move to the next song.

If they could add more features to that side bar, it would surely help.

This seems like a waste of an update. I don't really see anything useful... Why does it show me (some) of the pins I'm wearing? In fact, this just worsened my trip to the VMK hompage because now it won't let me use the scroller on my mouse. >_<

btw: I have my browser to automatically clean all that out when I close it.

Actually, I've had problems with using my scroll wheel on the page ever since it was revamped. Sometimes it will work, but most of the time it doesn't.

For me I find that the mouse scroll only works when you click on right side of page. It used to work anywhere on the page. Go figure.

I think the purpose is to see how many credits we have and stuff when VMK isn't open.
