tags are the things that appear under your username, and the "tag fairy" gives them to you on the community board.
but i don't know what the community board is. can anyone fill me in?

The colored things some people have under their usernames. The tag fairy finds something amusing you posted and BAM! you have a tag.
The CB is another board on the DIS.
