New Ship Teaser Announcement

I think the Bridge of the Americas is the one over the Panama Canal. So will the Bliss be going all the way around South America to repo?

The bliss is going through the panama canal this year in May.
The Bliss is 20 decks tall. How are they making it shorter? Will you have to crawl around on the floor to get anywhere?
The bridge of America's had a clearance of 201 ft at high tide. But I assume that the if you time the crossing for low tide the Bliss would fit through.

The canal authority lists the max height of the canal at 190 although that’s several feet shorter than the bride, I think I read it’s 207 at low tide? Apparently you can get a waiver if you’re over 190 but under 207, but It’s supposed to be like a 1 time thing. I doubt they would allow it twice a year every year.

Well it only has to happen once right? Some one must have some parking spots for one of our ships to keep them busy year round. Can’t the inspection and or dry dock be handled there? How often would it have to visit CC? Would it be a problem to say it’s Home dock sails from Mexico or Canada? I don’t remember why Bahamas is a help to us, but I know it is. I think the US is too expensive?????

I think the ship could be registered in the Bahamas without having to ever visit there, the home port of the fleet is the Bahamas.

However if for some reason they did need to visit yearly they could always register it in panama (another popular flag of convenience country) and cruise down once a year for a quick stop ona 1 off itenerary.
