Today is our last day of winter break (yeah our second one) I am doing the yucky today! Its been so nice here. Yesterday the kids rode their bikes up to 7-11 and I walked. Then we stopped at the school on the way home and they played for a couple hours. You would have thought they would have zonked out early last night. WRONG... Nick was up till 11:45pm. Yep my good little boy that always go to bed at 8pm couldn't sleep last night. He even watched his favorite movie twice.. THE CHRISTMAS STORY .

Now on the other hand my pita dd was in bed by 9. She went to her very first birthday party without mom yesterday. It was at one of those jumpy places. She had so much fun.

Anthony had his end of the year hockey party at a minor league hockey game. It was cool they got to go in the locker room and he got his ticket autographed by one of the players so he was excited. Then he went to hockey tryouts for a travel hockey team. Now this mom didn't want to do spring hockey its just too much. But the trainer for the team personally asked him to try out. He is from Russia and very good. Anthony has been playing 3 on 3 drop in on saturdays. Well I guess they liked what they seen. The head coach was talking to the boys and was telling them what he thought their greatest assets were and when he got to Anthony he said SPEED.. He was fast and it was a great asset. So not sure what that meant. I hope for his sake he makes the team. Poor kid has been so depressed with all that is going on that this would be really good for him. (self esteem wise) I told him not to get his hopes up because it is hard to make these kinds of teams but we will see. Also on his mid terms he got 2 A's and 3 B's. For him its excellent. He struggles so hard. We were so excited for him.

hey all so here i am home. I have been having back problems that started last friday so i thought i had a uti. started to drink lots of cranberry juice(yuk). went to the dr today and to my surprise no uti but a lower back problem so i am going to get a x-ray this afternoon.

Wow, those grades are great, and it is awesome that the coach wanted Anthony!

Well, my excitement has been like this. Meagan turned 11 on Monday, and for her birthday she contracted strep throat, but the dr wouldn't see her on Tuesday cause he thought it was a virus, so poor kid just had to suffer through. On Wednesday the PA saw her and prescribed the antibiotics that she is on now, allowing her to get healthy enough for her slumber party Friday night, we had 6 guests plus my girls, and they stayed up till after 3 and got up before 6am, then Saturday at noon we had the HSM on ice tour tickets, so we did that, after which I was dead on my feet and pretty much crashed for the rest of the afternoon/evening. Yesterday we went to our new target store for a bit, they are runnign a new store special of 24 pack bottled water for $1, so we went and picked that up and Meag spent her birthday gift cards/money... she is such a sweet sharing kid, she bought her sister and ball and got them each bubble guns (battery operated) and sand toys to play with. It was in the 60's yesterday, so they took their toys outside to play when we got home... Tonight are parent teacher conferences, this morning was Catie's science fair, but since I have been off with Meag most of the past week, I couldn't go. Rick took a half day and went to see it, he said it was great. So hopefully everything will be good to go.

Has anyone heard from Tara today? Last I heard she was talking about breaking herself out of the hospital last night...
