New rooms at the Dolphin ? Which floors ?

I read about the new bedding, new furniture, updating of the
rooms at the Swan and Dolphin. I believe the Swan is done.
The Dolphin is being worked on.

Does the Dolphin room updating start at the top of the building
and work it's way down ? Or start at floor 1 and work it's way up ?

Should I request a new updated room ?

Does anyone know which floors of the Dolphin have the
new decor ?

As of the end of January, they hadn't started renovating the Dolphin yet.
However, I was told that when renovation starts, they'll be going from the 1st floor up.
